Founded in 1988 as SYSPOWER Co., Ltd., We has been dedicated to research and development, upholding a consistent philosophy of sustainable operation through continuous innovation and technological leadership.

Recognizing the future potential of SYSPOWER, the SYSTEX Group invested and joined the management team in 2017. In 2019, SYSPOWER merged with Medincom Technology Corp., expanding its presence into the medical industry and committing to the development of smart healthcare. In response to the trends in AI technology, we also assembled an AI team within the group, applying AI core technology to financial and medical AI chatbot.

SYSPOWER primarily operates in three major service areas: Financial Technology, Medical Technology, and AI Intelligence.

Financial Technology: With over 30 years of experience in financial information and transaction services, SYSPOWER created the first real-time stock market quote wall in Taiwan. We provides domestic and international financial account trading systems for foreign investment and fund management companies. Additionally, it integrates artificial intelligence to develop algorithmic trading systems.

Medical Technology: As the only information service provider in Taiwan with self-developed HIS (Health Information System) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System),SYSPOWER expands its research and development into innovative medical applications. We actively participates in the application development of smart healthcare in Taiwan.

AI Intelligence: Artificial intelligence (AI) has become the core of technological development in recent years. SYSPOWER applies natural language processing (NLP) technology to develop Line@ chatbot for the financial and medical industries. These chatbot enhance customer service efficiency and contribute to more effective utilization of human resources in various industries, including the airline sector with booking service robots.
